Compulsory Requirement to Eliminate Employees who are Perpetrators of Sexual assault Act of 2019 or the CREEPS Act
This bill provides for the removal of federal employees and employees of government contractors convicted of a sexual assault offense that was committed while so employed.
Specifically, federal entities and government contractors must remove from employment or terminate an employee who is convicted of a sexual assault offense that was committed while employed by the entity or contractor. Further, federal entities and government contractors may not provide a raise, award a bonus, or promote an employee who engaged in a nonconsensual sexual act that was part of an unlawful employment practice by the employer.
