Combating Violent and Dangerous Crime Act
This bill makes changes to federal criminal laws related to various offenses, including bank robbery, carjacking, and certain federal drug offenses.
Among the changes, the bill

- broadens the scope of prohibited conduct under the federal carjacking statute and increases statutory maximum penalties for offenses; and
- establishes enhanced criminal penalties for certain federal drug offenses involving the manufacture or distribution of candy-flavored controlled substances or similar products for minors.
